I’d go with Bamboo. It grows the fastest, has a solid sell price, and the essence multiplier stacks nicely with the bamboo length.

I agree. I’ll be closely monitoring which crops are the most popular and how they perform within the economy. Depending on the results, there may be some balance adjustments next season.
 
I'll go with Bamboo as well, it's unmatched with the sell prices and x3.0 essence multiplier.
