AwakenMC Staff Applications

Staff applications are now open to members of the AwakenMC community who are interested in joining our team.
Before applying, please read all requirements, guidelines, and questions carefully. Every application must follow the template provided below and include complete, accurate information. Applications that do not follow the required format will be rejected immediately.
Responsibilities
Becoming a staff member carries significant responsibility. You are expected to uphold AwakenMC’s rules, values, and staff guidelines at all times while representing the community in a professional and respectful manner.
Staff members must remain fair, mature, active, and approachable when assisting players or handling difficult situations. Staff permissions must never be abused, and all information discussed within the staff team must remain confidential. Decisions should be made impartially, without favouritism, personal bias, or unnecessary conflict.
By joining the staff team, you agree to communicate effectively, follow instructions from senior staff, complete your assigned duties, and maintain a positive standard of behaviour both inside and outside the server. Failure to meet these expectations may result in disciplinary action or removal from the staff team.

Requirements
- You must be at least 15+ years old.
- You must have a working microphone and access to Discord.
- You must have accumulated at least 20 hours of playtime.
- You must not have received any recent punishments.
- You must be able to dedicate a minimum of 10 hours per week to your staff duties.
Rules for applying
- One application per person. Do not bump or spam.
- Copy and follow the application format below exactly. Incomplete applications will be denied.
- All information provided must be honest and accurate. Lying will result in immediate denial and may lead to further punishment.
- Do not ask staff members to review your application. Applications will be reviewed when the appropriate staff members are available.
- If your application is denied, you must wait at least two weeks before submitting another application.
